This game between Liverpool and Manchester United was not only a big game, but it looked like the two teams had something personal to handle. We know the history of this tie, and the passion was there for all of us to witness.

The only downside is that it was only Liverpool that turned up in the fight and they pushed the battle all the way to the end. We have been waiting for Salah to get back on the scoring sheet, and what is a better moment than to score twice in a big game with the rivals. Man Utd are now a team with a lot of talent, but one that struggles at the back and can’t seem to make a team out of its talent, but Liverpool will always see this as one of the biggest games of the season.

It sometimes looked like Man Utd don’t want to play 1v1 at the back and they got exposed against Liverpool. Klopp made sure his Liverpool players knew that and capitalized on something United have been trying to avoid for some time.

All three goalscorers for Liverpool helped to set up each other’s opportunities to score, and I was surprised to see the big difference in chances created between the two teams. Liverpool had so much fun and Man Utd tried to stop the party at the end, with their key player Fernades and young player Mejbri losing their cool.

This was also the best way to see how Liverpool affected the mindset of the Man Utd players. They played like they did not want to stop, and it ended up with Liverpool beating United comfortably. There is a big difference between the two sides and Ten Hag will have an even bigger job than we thought he already had.

The job is all about making a team out of the talents and to not be as open, which is a lesson we learned when we come from Holand, as it’s something we can do in the Dutch league meaning coaches from Holland sometimes underestimate the character of the Premier League teams when they come to England.

I like Ten Hag as a coach and he has been a tactical mastermind with the teams he’s managed in Holland. If he turns Man Utd into a team they can rise up the ranks, otherwise it could be even more tricky times ahead at Old Trafford. #mmlove
